As a final supplement to Historicism, after the last issue appeared in 1991, I sent out a cumulative index, or table of contents issue, which listed all the papers that had been published in the journal over the previous seven years. I listed them by date, title, and topic, with a gernal Introduction.

Fifteen topical categories were used at that time. There might be things I would change now, but I have kept the original set of fifteen categories intact for the web version of the project. These are as follows:
