The point of this web site is to make certain documents available online. These are provided in .pdf format and assume that you have a copy of the Adobe Acrobat Reader installed. If you dont have it yet you can download a copy from
Adobe at no cost.
If you have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed and have trouble viewing any of the documents offered here, call up Adobe's support page.
A problem that I personally have experienced on some, but not all, browsers is when the Acrobat Reader is configured to display text within the browser's own display area rather than coming up in a window of its own. Adobe deals with this in a document entitled PDF pages don't appear in web browser window (Acrobat 7.0, Adobe Reader 7.0). Following the instructions given there (point 9 in particular) solved the problem for me.
Documents published in .pdf format may display a preference for Postscript printer drivers. For this the only solution I can recommend is to contact the manufacturer and ask if they offer a Postscript driver for your make and model of printer. Often the latest drivers can be downloaded over the Internet free of charge to registered owners of a company's products.
